Speeding Tickets & Minor Traffic Citations

We will resolve your speeding tickets and minor traffic infractions, pending in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson, without charge, other than the fine required by the court. Only citations that carry a penalty of 3 demerit points or less are considered minor (See Nevada DMV Demerit and Points scale). In addition, your citation must be received by my office at least three weeks in advance of the court appearance date printed on the citation. In most cases the citation will be reduced to a non-moving violation (parking ticket) without points on your record and without traffic school. All other traffic citations will be handled at a reasonable charge, usually $100.

If you have a speeding ticket or minor traffic citation that you would like to have resolved follow the instructions below.

1. Make a legible copy of your traffic citation.
2. On the back of the citation, write the following:
   1. Your full legal name (required);
   2. E-mail address (required);
   3. Cell phone number (required);
   4. Your mailing address/home address (required);
   5. Explanation of the circumstances surrounding the citation (optional).
