Law Office of Mario Fenu
About Us
In 2001 in Chicago, Illinois, a trial lawyer's career was born. Within a very small time frame, Mario Fenu has tried four civil jury trials in which he represented the defendant, of which three returned not guilty verdicts; has personally represented individuals and corporations in over 50 arbitration hearings; and handled over 100 witness depositions.
Through these experiences he has honed an ability to thoroughly evaluate a case, beginning with the end (trial) in mind. From the beginning of every case he has honed his skills to separately evaluate all of the evidence, including each written document, photograph and verbal statement, including the credibility of each witness. He believes that through a trial lawyer's perspective one can more accurately assess the overall strengths and weaknesses of a case. Through this comprehensive approach, he can better counsel each client about their case.
At the Law Office of Mario Fenu, each case is individually evaluated by an attorney, and not pre-screened by individuals who may not be keeping the 'end' in mind.
The end goal of every case is meeting client expectations, something discussed with each client at the beginning of the legal representation. Attorney fees are accrued with value in mind, treating the practice of law as a profession rather than a business: that is, quality over quantity.
We welcome the opportunity to discuss how we may personally assist you. All questions are welcomed and the initial consultation is always free of charge.
Thank you.
